Shaping movement for world-class sports brands and iconic campaigns.

Fast

The essential, high-speed breakdown of a career defined by movement. Everything you need to know about JAWS, minus the fluff.

Facts*

At 11 years old, I left home to attend the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, DC, a pre-professional conservatory known for elite classical training.

That environment built the technical foundation behind everything I do today — discipline, precision, musicality, and body awareness.

Even now, ballet remains part of my weekly practice and continues to influence how I approach strength, alignment, and movement aesthetics.

Yes — movement has always been my first language.

Before fitness and movement direction, I trained and performed professionally in musical theater, including Rock of Ages, which remains one of my favorite performance experiences to date.

Live performance taught me timing, storytelling, presence, and how energy travels between bodies and audiences — skills that now shape how I direct movement for camera, brands, and athletes.

Both.

Outside of directing and coaching, I continue to explore movement in many forms — aerial acrobatics, dance, ballet, and pole training.

Pole, in particular, completely changed my understanding of strength. It demands athleticism, control, artistry, and problem-solving in ways people rarely expect. It’s less about performance and more about physics, coordination, and body intelligence.

I believe cross-disciplinary movement creates more adaptable, expressive athletes.

A movement director develops the physical language of a project.

We shape how people move so the story feels believable, powerful, and visually cohesive — whether that’s athletes, actors, or everyday movers.

Movement directors work across:

  • Commercial campaigns & brand films
  • TV & film productions
  • Fitness and sports campaigns
  • Editorial & print shoots
  • Live events & performances
  • Fashion presentations & runway concepts
  • Digital content & social campaigns
  • Experiential activations and brand launches

Movement bridges storytelling and performance — translating ideas into physical expression.
